Biography
Tisha Mitchell most recently served as Vice President of Program Management for Ducommun, Incorporated, a $700M company, providing engineering and manufacturing services to the aerospace, defense, and other industries through a wide spectrum of electronic and structural applications. The company is an established supplier of critical components and assemblies for commercial and military aircraft and space vehicles as well as for the energy market, medical field, and industrial automation.
In her VP role and as a member of Ducommun’s Corporate Leadership team, she was responsible for training, developing and executing the company’s program management enterprise to enhance customer satisfaction and support effective new product introduction. This activity encompassed all fifteen Ducommun locations.
A seasoned executive, Mitchell has more than 30 years of experience in training, marketing and business development, spanning business-to-business and consumer industries. Prior to joining Ducommun in 2008, she was Executive Director of Marketing and Strategic Development for Softub, Inc., where she also served as Chief Operating Officer for the Sunstar Covers division earlier in her career. Mitchell previously served as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Parsons Sun and President of Screamingly Different Entertainment, where she also lead and developed the executive team. She also held Sales and Marketing positions with The Bama Companies, Inc., Advantage Media Group, Inc. and Wheatley-TXT.
Mitchell has dedicated many years to employee development and leadership training. She has participated in and led many training and development programs including; Ducommun Program Management Boot Camp, Ducommun Executive Mentoring, Ducommun LEAD, Stephen Covey, and Malcolm Baldrige to name a few.
Mitchell received an MBA in entrepreneurship from The University of Tulsa and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Washburn University.

I believe an important part of being a leader is to share and give back. Mentoring and coaching is one way to do that. Developing Bespoke Lifeplans provides a unique opportunity to connect with an individual on a very focused and personal level. I have been very blessed and have had the good fortune to have had many great mentors during my career. I cherish each opportunity to positively influence someone else in a similar fashion.
